No. We rent by vehicle class. A specific unit is assigned at pickup.
Not at this time. All rentals are picked up and returned at our Fort Worth location (901 Terminal Rd. STE 700). We may offer delivery in the future as we expand.
Valid driver’s license, a payment card, and a clean driving record. Additional verification may apply.
Yes. The primary renter must be 25+.
Yes. Renters must have verifiable full-coverage insurance that extends to rental vehicles. If you don’t have qualifying coverage, you may purchase full-coverage insurance during booking through our third-party insurance provider (available on select vehicles). Proof of coverage is required at pickup.
It’s an optional, external full-coverage policy you can buy through us for your rental (on eligible vehicles). It appears as an add-on during checkout and includes digital ID cards. If you plan to drive for a rideshare or delivery platform, you’ll also select the provider’s Rideshare/Gig Rider (see below).
The third-party full-coverage option is $43/day. If you’ll use the car on a rideshare or delivery platform, you’ll also need the Rideshare/Gig Rider (currently $4.25/day) for platform approval.
Not by default. For commercial use (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon Flex, etc.), you must be approved for our Gig+ Program and, if you don’t have qualifying personal insurance, include the third-party provider’s Rideshare/Gig Rider. See Gig+ for details.
Gig+ is our work-ready rental option for approved rideshare and delivery drivers. Terms include a maximum of 30 calendar days per rental, required safety inspections at renewal, and insurance verification (third-party full-coverage + Rideshare/Gig Rider if you don’t have qualifying personal coverage). Standard rentals include 200 miles/day. For Gig+ rentals, you can choose mileage upgrades (per rental period): 500 miles/day (+$10), 750 miles/day (+$15), or Unlimited (+$25). See Policies for details. Unused upgrade miles are non-refundable.
Yes. A refundable minimum $250 deposit is required on every rental. Deposits are released after return inspection.
Please return the vehicle at the same fuel level as pickup. Fuel differences may be billed after return.
No. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee applies if violated.
Every vehicle is equipped with a toll tag transponder. All tolls and any citations incurred during your rental are billed to the renter.
Renters are responsible for any tire damage and flat repairs that occur during the rental period.
Rentals must remain within the continental United States. International travel is strictly prohibited.
No. Pets are not permitted in rental vehicles. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law.
Extensions are often possible based on availability. All rentals are short-term and may not exceed 30 days. Please contact us before your return time to request an extension.
Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges. Please communicate with us as early as possible if your plans change.
You can cancel online or by contacting us. Any fees follow the terms presented during checkout. See Policies for details.
Yes. Child car seats and windshield phone mounts are available to add to your rental during the reservation process.
