Do I pick a specific vehicle?

No. We rent by vehicle class. A specific unit is assigned at pickup.

Do you offer delivery?

Not at this time. All rentals are picked up and returned at our Fort Worth location (901 Terminal Rd. STE 700). We may offer delivery in the future as we expand.

What do I need to rent?

Valid driver’s license, a payment card, and a clean driving record. Additional verification may apply.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes. The primary renter must be 25+.

Is insurance required?

Yes. Renters must have verifiable full‑coverage insurance that extends to rental vehicles. Bring proof of insurance at pickup.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes—additional drivers must meet the same qualification criteria and be approved on the rental.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes. A refundable minimum $250 deposit is required on every rental. Deposits are released after return inspection.

Are there mileage limits?

Daily mileage is included; overage fees may apply. See the Policies page for details.

What about fuel?

Please return the vehicle at the same fuel level as pickup. Fuel differences may be billed after return.

Can I smoke or vape in the car?

No. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited. A $250 cleaning fee applies if violated.

How are tolls and citations handled?

Every vehicle is equipped with a toll tag. All tolls and any citations incurred during your rental are billed to the renter.

Who is responsible for tire damage or flats?

Renters are responsible for any tire damage and flat repairs that occur during the rental period.

Can I take the vehicle out of state?

Rentals must remain within the continental United States. International travel is strictly prohibited.

Do you allow pets?

No. Pets are not permitted in rental vehicles. Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable law

Can I use the vehicle for rideshare or delivery apps?

No. Commercial use (e.g., rideshare or delivery platforms) is not permitted.

What if I need to extend my rental?

Extensions are often possible based on availability. All rentals are short-term and may not exceed 30 days, Please contact us before your return time to request an extension.

What if I return late?

Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges. Please communicate with us as early as possible if your plans change.

How do I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel online or by contacting us. Any fees follow the terms presented during checkout. See Policies for details.

Do you rent car seats or other accessories?

Yes. Child car seats and windshild phone mounts are available to add to your rental during the reservation process.
